Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their lounge experience.
• Manage bar inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems while performing cashiering duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and health standards.
• Assist with catering events or banquet functions when needed, providing excellent service in various hospitality settings.

Skills

• Proficiency with Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres in nightclubs, fine dining lounges, or banquet settings.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within the food industry or retail math applications.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
