Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lounge Manager to lead operations at our Inej Executive Lounge in Chennai. The role requires excellent leadership, operational expertise, and a strong focus on delivering premium guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end lounge operations (F&B service, guest handling, housekeeping, staff management)
• Lead, train, and motivate the lounge team to maintain high service standards
• Monitor budgets, sales, and revenue targets; implement business growth strategies
• Handle guest relations, feedback, and escalations with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• Manage vendor relations, stock control, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with HR for staffing, recruitment, and training requirements
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management
• Support in implementing promotional and marketing activities within the lounge

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• 4–7 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Knowledge of F&B service standards, guest relations, and cost management
• Tech-savvy with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lounge environment and manage teams effectively

Location: Chennai – Inej Executive Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Incentives
