What You’ll Do

• Conduct personalized follow-up sessions with customers to review vehicle features and technology
• Educate and guide customers through infotainment systems, safety features, and advanced vehicle functions
• Turn complex technology into a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand experience
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth, professional, and memorable handoff
• Answer customer questions and build confidence in their purchase
• Stay up to date on new models, features, and technology updates
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive preferred
• Passion for technology, vehicles, and helping people
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify and explain complex features in a customer-friendly way
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and in-vehicle technology
• Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States

CompensationUp to $74,000+ annually
