The Role

We’re looking for a Low Voltage Technician with strong Access Control and CCTV experience to join our field operations team.
This role combines technical installation, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication — perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow into a Lead Tech or Systems Specialist position.

You’ll work across residential, commercial, and telecom environments, installing and supporting access control, camera, and network systems that keep properties connected and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat6/6a, coax, and fiber).
• Install and configure Access Control systems (Brivo, ButterflyMX, HID, etc.).
• Install and integrate CCTV systems (Eagle Eye Networks, Axis, etc.).
• Mount and wire readers, strikes, mag locks, and control panels.
• Configure network devices (switches, PoE injectors, controllers, firewalls).
• Provide Smart Hands and field support for ISPs and enterprise clients.
• Document work performed and communicate updates with project managers.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and quality across all job sites.

Qualifications

✅ 2+ years of experience in low-voltage installations, including Access Control or CCTV.
✅ Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, switches, WiFi).
✅ Strong understanding of door hardware and wiring diagrams.
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
✅ Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
✅ Own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided.
✅ Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive communicator.
✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus.

Compensation

$24–$30/hour, depending on experience, certifications, and performance.
