Low Voltage Technician (Entry Level – Will Train)

Z-Tech Communications is looking for a motivated entry-level technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the low voltage / structured cabling industry.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with installation of Cat6, fiber optic, and low voltage cabling

- Pull, route, and terminate cables

- Label and test cabling systems

- Work in commercial environments (retail, gyms, offices, etc.)

- Follow direction from lead technicians and project managers

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Reliable transportation

- Able to work on ladders and lifts

- Comfortable working in construction environments

- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus (not required)

Preferred (but not required):

- Any low voltage or construction experience

- Familiarity with tools like drills, fish tape, etc.

Pay:

- Entry level starting at $18–$25/hr depending on experience

- Opportunity for growth and advancement

Schedule:

- Full-time

- Some travel will be required
