Loyalty Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist
Working for this leading telecommunications operator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Analyze consumer and usage data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and to provide recommendations on how to successfully manage the company's loyalty programs
- Prepare reports for various stakeholders such as program managers and business unit managers to evaluate the impact of the loyalty programs
- Support the development, data extraction and reporting for promotional campaigns and offers
- Conduct data mining such as customer tiering and campaign targeting
- Monitor partner performance indicators and feedback reports
- Support the preparation of the loyalty program budget
- Oversee data quality and make recommendations on how to improve data collection and management
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in data-analysis and CRM
- Experience in the telecommunications and loyalty sector is a great advantage
- Must have experience in data mining tools
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
- Must have impeccable analytical skills
