Loyalty Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist

Working for this leading telecommunications operator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze consumer and usage data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and to provide recommendations on how to successfully manage the company's loyalty programs
  • Prepare reports for various stakeholders such as program managers and business unit managers to evaluate the impact of the loyalty programs
  • Support the development, data extraction and reporting for promotional campaigns and offers
  • Conduct data mining such as customer tiering and campaign targeting
  • Monitor partner performance indicators and feedback reports
  • Support the preparation of the loyalty program budget
  • Oversee data quality and make recommendations on how to improve data collection and management
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in data-analysis and CRM
  • Experience in the telecommunications and loyalty sector is a great advantage
  • Must have experience in data mining tools
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Must have impeccable analytical skills
