Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate full-time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse / LVN) to join our Home Health division, serving North King County (and some South Snohomish County).

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes (wound care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
• Complete 5-6 patient visits per day, Monday to Friday, in your assigned territory
• Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure cohesive, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Washington LPN license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Home Health/Hospice experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license, insured and reliable vehicle
