Looking for part-time Day shift and Full and Part Time Evening shift. Shift differential for evening and night shifts. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The LPN-Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff for that shift, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all nursing operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct nursing staff
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Prior experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
