Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on relevant experience)

About Us

Georgetown Treatment Specialists provides comprehensive services to individuals seeking recovery from opioid addiction or dependency. Our program combines counseling with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to support patients on their recovery journey.

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Georgetown clinic. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment while providing respectful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Phlebotomy/blood draw experience preferred
• Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient care preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support for patients receiving medication-assisted treatment
• Assist the Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner with patient care activities, including:
• Patient intakes
• Annual physicals
• Blood draws
• Urine drug screens
• TB testing
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Provide patient education while maintaining confidentiality and respect
• Assist with medication administration when required in accordance with clinic protocols
• Support daily clinical operations as needed
  

Clinical Environment

Nurses in this role must be comfortable performing hands-on clinical tasks in an outpatient addiction treatment setting , including laboratory draws and patient assessments.

Schedule Expectations

This position requires reliable attendance for early morning clinic hours .

Candidates must be able to consistently arrive on time for the 5:00 AM start time .
