Job Description:
Summary:
The LPN - Clinical Coordinator serves as Clinical Supervisor providing leadership and guidance to all Clinical Team Members practicing within the BHMA facilities. The LPN shall assist with education and orientation of new Clinical Team members and provides information for performance evaluations in a timely manner. The LPN shall assist in implementing strategies to retain team members. This individual will provide leadership and guidance to ensure all clinical team members practice within established standards, policies and procedures, for BHMA to include local, state, and federal regulated programs
such as OSHA, and HIPPA guidelines. Additionally, the LPN will conduct the Skills Fair annually assuring that all clinical team members are evaluated and checked-off on competencies for procedures performed within the BHMA clinical setting to include required annual OSHA training.
The LPN shall serve as operational coordinator for LPN and CMA students from regional schools of nursing to ensure externship is provided according to guidelines set forth by those schools. The LPN is responsible for overseeing all clinical duties to ensure continuity within the structure of BHMA and act as liaison between team members, Site Supervisors and Clinical Leaders, Practice Administrator and Medical Director to ensure all facilities function as one entity to improve the facilities functionality throughout the clinics. The LPN is responsible for monitoring all Task and Work Lists generated in Allscripts E.H.R system for BHMA facilities and reassigning to appropriate Clinical Lead team member. This individual will rotate to each clinic to include any follow-up visits deemed appropriate to work with clinical teams. The LPN will provide patient care, monitor patient flow and structure of the clinical area.

Requirements:
Graduate of accredited LPN program. Minimum of five years experience working in clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role. Working knowledge of the clinical aspect of electronic health information system. Proficiency in this area required.

Licenses and Certifications:
Valid and active LPN licensure in appropriate state. AHA BLS required.
