Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition to senior medical staff
• Support patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities in accordance with organisational policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient treatment plans are followed
• Educate patients and their families about health management and post-treatment care instructions
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the appropriate regulatory body
• Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting is desirable
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessment and care delivery
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality
