Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Full or Part-Time.

• $35.50 to $40.50 per hour based on experience plus additional for shift diffs.
• Excellent staff retention
• Earn up to 30 days of PTO.
• We pay 80% of health insurance premiums.
• The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA.
• BLS Certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Introduction:

Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
