Shift: Days/Nights 12 hour shifts available | Overtime Available

Pay for Locals: $37/hourly

For Travelers/Stipend:

• Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $51.00
• Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,836.00
• Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $17.00
• Hourly Stipend: $34.00
• Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $612.00
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,224.00

Days: As per Facility needs

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Overtime Rates are $10 additional after 40 hours

Duration: 08-13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)

Start: ASAP (2 weeks or less)

Requirements:

• Latest Resume
• LPN License
• BLS Certification
• Copy of Covid Vaccination card/Exemption
• Driver’s License (Address Proof)
