We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urology office on a part-time or as-needed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, assisting our urology team in providing exceptional patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

- Prepare patients for examinations, including taking vital signs and medical histories.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Provide patient education and instructions on treatment plans.

- Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.

- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.

- May be asked to assist urologists and nursing staff with clinical procedures and patient examinations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional medical assistant training preferred).

- LPN – Current Ohio Nursing License

- Current CPR certification.

- Previous experience in a medical office or urology setting is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
