LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)/RN (Registered Nurse)

Colonial Springs Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the long term care setting. Currently Hiring for Days or Night shift. Great shift differentials and pay range increase for over 10 years possible.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide catheter care and perform catheterizations when necessary
- Assist with wound care and dressing changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN license in Missouri
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Proficient in specimen collection processing
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
