LPN - Medical Scribe

We are searching for a LPN Medical Scribe with a commitment to medical care and a desire to expand their knowledge of medical procedures. Our Medical Scribes will shadow doctors and nurses as they perform examinations and render patient care, and they will also be responsible for writing down the patients' medical history, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment plans. The ideal candidates will have some experience in the medical field.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document a patient's medical history.
• Communicate with doctors and nurses.
• Obtain necessary medical records.
• Communicate with patients and family members.
• Review medications with patients and family members.
• Enter patient information into medical record.
• Take medical histories of patients.
• Enter medical records of patients into electronic health record system.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Scribe: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
