LPN Monday-Friday. 7:30 am-4:00pm

Come join our team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with the coordination of healthcare services. Duties include but are not limited to :

- Conducting patient assessments and documenting medical history
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assisting with Support services : clinic/classroom flow/daily schedules, staff breaks,staff education.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or abnormalities
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and ophthalmology procedures
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) techniques
- Competence in drug screening/testing
