Colonial Courtyard at Tyrone

Administers medications and coordinates medical needs of the residents with Physicians, Resident Wellness Coordinator, and family members. Observes, documents and reports significant changes in residents' condition, recommending changes in care needs. Supervises Resident Service Associates staff and ensures care is provided as instructed.
<br>Must have LPN license and willing to work on the floor when needed.
<br>Requires frequent lifting, bending, stretching and standing for long periods of time.

As an LPN working evening or overnight part-time shifts, ensure residents' well-being by administering medications, collaborating with physicians and families on care plans, and monitoring for significant changes in condition. Supervise Resident Service Associates to deliver quality care while engaging directly with residents as needed.
