Erie, PA - Full and Part Time, Non-Exempt; Full and Part Time; Days, Evenings and Nights

Starting pay: $31.00 per hour

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. Supervises, provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse:
Graduate of approved Practical Nurse Program.
Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
Dementia care experience preferred
Valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing for the state of Pennsylvania.
Maintains CPR certification
