As a nurse for SarahCare you'll get to spend time with and enjoy the company of our seniors while assisting them with their daily healthcare needs. You will be able to perform both clinical and clerical duties including:

• New participant and routine scheduled assessments.
• Medication administration and assistance in chronic disease management.
• New, 6 month and annual Plan of Care.
• Assist participants with Telehealth visits and communicate with families, physicians, and Case Managers.

Requirements:

• Upbeat and friendly personality.
• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
