LPN Supervisor

We are currently looking for a service-oriented, dedicated and driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Wellness department and contribute to making us “A SAFE Place to Work and a SAFE Place to Live”.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Administers medication and coordinates medical needs of the Residents with physicians, Resident Care Director and family members. Observes, documents, and reports significant changes in Residents condition, recommending changes in care needs. Supervises Resident Care team members, determines shift assignments, provides instruction to Resident Care staff, and ensures care is provided as instructed.

Qualifications:

• An active LPN license in good standing is required and minimum 3 years of experience in long term care setting.
