Sleep Medicine Solutions NW is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing sleep medicine team. We are passionate about helping patients improve their health through effective diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, and we're looking for a clinical professional who shares that passion.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our providers, educate patients, coordinate care, and play a key role in helping patients navigate their sleep health journey. Based primarily in Silverdale, this position supports both virtual and in-person patient care across multiple clinic locations. Occasional travel to Bellevue (approximately once per month) is required for in-person clinic support.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Care & Patient Support

· Assist providers with patient evaluations and follow-up care

· Review patient histories, medications, and treatment plans

· Obtain and document clinical information accurately

· Provide patient education regarding sleep disorders, treatment options, home sleep testing, PAP therapy, and oral appliance therapy

· Support chronic disease management and ongoing patient follow-up

· Coordinate care plans and provider orders

Care Coordination

· Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, testing, and follow-up appointments

· Assist with medication management, refill requests, and clinical messaging

· Coordinate referrals, testing, and specialty services

· Monitor patient compliance and treatment progress when applicable

Administrative & Team Support

· Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

· Manage provider communications and patient follow-up

· Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, DME staff, and administrative teams

· Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

Required

· Current Washington State LPN license in good standing

· Current BLS certification

· Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

· Sleep medicine experience

· Pulmonary, primary care, or specialty clinic experience

· DME experience

· Telehealth experience

· EMR proficiency

Full-Time | 4x10 Schedule Mon-Thurs

Location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
