Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management
- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of {location}
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in Botox administration, tube feeding, acute pain management, family planning, hospice care, senior care, cardiac catheterization, sterile processing, experience with children, and triage
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
