LPN Wellness Coordinator

Hours: 8AM- 4:30 PM

Same Day Pay!

$30-$33 an hour

Qualifications for Wellness Coordinator (LPN):

  • A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current VA nursing license (LPN) in good standing

  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR)

  • Demonstrated clinical assessment skills

  • Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations and company standards.

  • Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensures that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels.
