Shift Hours: Full-Time, 8-Hour Shifts
Dementia experience preferred but not required

LPN & RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and individualized nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
• Assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and adjust as needed
• Supervise and support nursing personnel, ensuring quality resident care
• Assist physicians on rounds and communicate any changes or concerns
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Participate in staff training and mentoring
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
