LPNs Needed in AM/PM 12 Hours

Advantage Home Care Group is owned and operated by exceptionally skilled nurses who have incorporated decades of catastrophic care experience.

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including wound care, administering medications, and providing other medical services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be comfortable working in a home health setting. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Assist with wound care, including changing dressings and cleaning wounds.
• Monitor vital signs and other health indicators.
• Provide home health services, such as helping with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and document changes in patient's condition.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Bowel Program
• Internal Catheterization (IC)
• Hoyer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN 7a-7p/7p-7a

Pay: $33-$35
