Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Active New York State Property & Casualty License (Required).

Demonstrated success in a sales or customer service role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people find the right solutions.

Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.

Educate individuals and families on appropriate insurance coverage options.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.

Nurture client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.

Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive agency success.
