We’re hiring motivated leaders for immediate openings in our Management Training Program at Affordable Dentures & Implants, the nation’s largest provider of tooth replacement services. As a Lt. Manager in training, you’ll learn how to run a high-performing dental practice from day one — all while making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be the face of the practice — supporting your clinical team, delivering an outstanding patient experience, and driving business performance. Through a structured development program, you’ll master key skills in operations, team leadership, patient care, and business growth — preparing you to eventually lead your own office.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
Oversee day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, revenue cycle management, and office performance metrics
Ensure every patient receives a seamless, compassionate experience
Build strong relationships within the local community to grow awareness and referrals
Collaborate with doctors, lab technicians, and support staff to ensure clinical and operational excellence

Salary: $55,000 per year, plus bonus potential

Responsibilities:

Ensure fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the supported dental office, allowing the doctor to focus on dentistry.
Assist in dental team development, build positive relationships with the dentist and dental team members, manage schedules to meet daily dentistry goals.
Assume a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice.
Manage all front and back office tasks, including daily operations of the dental office, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals.
Reports to the Regional Manager, to help achieve revenue goals by overseeing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination.
Works with the Doctor and patient to ensure the patient completes the Doctor prescribed treatment plan; uncovers and removes the patient's barriers for completing treatment; alerts the Doctor when the patient has clinical questions; educates the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options including third-party patient financing.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and relationship-building skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is helpful
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
Strong marketing background
Competitive spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed goals
Proven and successful treatment planning case acceptance & closing rates increasing production growth preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
