LTC Physician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients, utilizing medical expertise in general and geriatric medicine. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to represent the company in a leadership/partner role. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health issues in a long term care facilities, and assisted living facilities as well as assisting with marketing of company services to new facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize medical imaging effectively for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Provide care in skilled care, long term care, and assisted living facilities
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical practices and technologies.
• Rotate with other providers in an on-call rotation for phone intervention and consultation.

Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in relevant specialties.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a general medical practice or long term care environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families and facility managers and staff.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
