LTD/IDI Claims Specialist (Part Time)

Now Hiring: LTD Claims Specialist (Part-Time | Remote)

Join our team for a 12+ month remote contract as an LTD Claims Specialist.

Schedule: 20 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM, no evenings/weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and review moderately complex LTD claims
• Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and stakeholders
• Analyze medical, financial, and occupational data
• Make accurate, timely claim decisions
• Document case details and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of LTD/IDI claims experience
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills
• Excellent communication & customer service
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
