LTL Outbound Supervisor/Dispatch

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily outbound operations of the cross dock area
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of dock workers
- Ensure efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Dispatching responsibilities

Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cross dock operations
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
