Geneseo Central School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Elementary Special Education Teacher - 12:1:1 Classroom Teacher for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom culture that fosters student engagement, collaboration, and learning
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and education professionals to develop and implement curriculum, annual IEP plans for students and continuously support the needs of students
- Provide research-based specialized instruction to address the instructional goals and objectives within each student's individualized education plans
- Monitor and assess student progress and make adjustments as needed to support progress towards annual goals
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices
