In cooperation with Gebr. Heineman Germany supported by more than 2,500 professional and experienced staff, we aim to exceed customer's expectations in the world's largest Duty-Free area of 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Luxury Retail,
  • At least minimum 5+ years’ experience at a similar level in the team management,
  • Strong merchandising skills and entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English,
  • Good level of SAP and MS Office applications,
  • Excellent sense of figures and luxury retail business insight,
  • Creative thinker and business driver,
  • Strong communication and analytical skills,
  • Maintain high level of customer service standard,
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
  • Positive and proactive attitude.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff,
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent luxury retail service,
  • Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met,
  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic,
  • Assign duties to relevant employees,
  • Prepare reports as requested or necessary within the brand,
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations,
  • Track and manage inventory at the store,
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures,
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards,
  • Track and manage the buying process,
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share,
  • Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees,
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths,
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.),
  • Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
