We are a high-end automotive dealership specializing in exotic and luxury vehicles, including brands such as Lamborghini, and we are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to be the face of our showroom.
In addition to delivering a first-class in-store experience, this role will also support our online presence through daily social media content, showcasing our inventory and brand to a wider audience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a high-end, concierge-style experience
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate showroom traffic with the sales and management team
- Maintain a luxury-level presentation of the front desk and showroom
- Assist with administrative tasks, appointments, and follow-ups
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Post one high-quality piece of content daily (vehicle features, walkarounds, reels, behind-the-scenes)
- Capture photos/videos of inventory and showroom activity
- Assist in building the dealership’s brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Work with management to highlight key vehicles and promotions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable being around and filming luxury/exotic vehicles
- Basic social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
