Luxury Closet Designer - Hybrid

Closet Envy Sarasota is seeking a talented and client-focused Luxury Closet Designer who thrives at the intersection of luxury design, organization, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners to transform their spaces while delivering a high-touch, premium experience from consultation through installation.

Our designers serve as trusted advisors, guiding clients through every phase of the design process with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually and in-home to understand their lifestyle, storage needs, and design preferences.
• Design custom storage solutions for closets, pantries, garages, home offices, laundry rooms, and more.
• Create detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations using professional design software .
• Guide clients through material selections, finishes, layouts, and functional features.
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently while incorporating client feedback.
• Collaborate closely with installation and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the design and installation process
• Stay current on interior design trends, organization solutions, and luxury home aesthetics.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation to final installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, design consulting, custom storage, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of space planning and functional design principles.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consultative sales or design environment.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated professional comfortable managing multiple projects and appointments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside designers, installers, and operations teams.
• Passion for design, organization, and creating beautiful, functional spaces.
