Luxury CNA / HHA – Medical Concierge & Post-Operative Care

Job Description:

Med Miami concierge is seeking compassionate, professional caregivers and CNAs who are passionate about delivering more than traditional home care. Our team provides concierge-level support for private and high-end clients, offering personalized assistance in the comfort of their homes and during recovery following medical procedures.

At Med Miami, we believe in providing an experience, not just care. Our caregivers and support specialists play an important role in assisting clients who may be recovering after surgery, transitioning home from a hospital stay, or simply needing trusted support to maintain their independence.

This role combines traditional assistance with concierge-style support, helping clients remain comfortable, safe, and supported in their home environment. Caregivers may assist clients with mobility support, walking assistance during recovery, companionship, wellness observation, and daily lifestyle support while they heal and regain strength.

Our team may work alongside physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated support during recovery and throughout their care journey.

If you are a caregiver or CNA who would like to explore something beyond traditional facility-based senior care, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a more personalized setting while providing meaningful support to clients in private homes.

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of client environments, including supporting individuals recovering from surgery, clients who need short-term recovery assistance, and individuals who benefit from concierge-level daily support.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including two overnight (nighttime) caregiver shifts.

Schedule Requirements:

• Tuesday through Friday availability required
• Thursdays are mandatory
• One weekend per month required
• Shift lengths may vary and can include 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or 5-hour shifts
• Two overnight/nighttime shift positions currently available

Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing personalized client support and companionship
• Assisting clients with safe mobility, including walking assistance during recovery
• Supporting individuals following medical procedures or hospital stays
• Medication reminders and wellness observation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Running errands and providing lifestyle support when needed
• Maintaining clear communication with care coordinators, families, and healthcare professionals
• Delivering a professional concierge-level experience for every client

Transportation Requirements:

This role requires caregivers to comfortably travel between multiple client locations when needed. Applicants must have reliable personal transportation. Because caregivers may travel between homes throughout the day, public transportation or rideshare services are not ideal for this position.
