LUXURY CONTENT CREATOR + SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are seeking a local content creator to help manage and grow the social media presence for a luxury lakefront property in Lake Harmony, PA.

This is a very part-time, flexible side role designed for someone looking to:

• Build their portfolio
• Gain real-world content experience
• Earn consistent side income

Most work is completed remotely, with occasional on-site visits for content capture.

Property Overview

An 8-bedroom luxury lakefront home with high-end finishes, a private dock, and outdoor amenities.

We are building a strong presence across:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• Pinterest

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Posting

• Create and schedule content across social platforms
• Write captions and select hashtags
• Maintain consistent posting schedule
• Monitor comments (light engagement only)
• Provide a simple monthly performance summary

Monthly Deliverables

• 4 posts per week (approx. 16/month)
• Minimum 8 reels per month
• Story content

On-Site Content Capture (Required)

You must be local and able to visit the property for content.

Includes:

• Short visits as needed
• Quarterly full-day content shoots (only 4 days per year)

Quarterly Content Days:

• Capture lifestyle and property content
• Capture drone footage
• Deliver:
• 1–2 reels
• 20–30 edited photos
• 10–15 short video clips

Drone Requirement

• Must own a drone
• Must be comfortable capturing aerial footage

Monthly Check-In

• One monthly meeting to review content and plan ahead

Compensation

• $350/month (flat retainer)
• Flexible schedule — work on your own time

Estimated Time Commitment

• ~15–25 hours/month on average

This is a side role, not a consistent hourly job.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Lake Harmony / Pocono area
• Must own a drone
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable filming people
• Knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook
