To expand our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Luxury Estate Manager to oversee estate management and client services.

Role Overview

The Luxury Estate Manager will be responsible for managing luxury properties, coordinating staff and services, and ensuring seamless operations that meet the expectations of elite clientele. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver world-class service in a discreet and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of luxury estates, including staff management and service delivery.
• Coordinate property maintenance, renovations, and vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reporting for estate operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of hospitality, security, and discretion.
• Liaise with clients to understand and fulfill their lifestyle and property requirements.
• Organize events, travel arrangements, and bespoke services as requested.
• Implement sustainability and efficiency initiatives across estate operations.
• Train and mentor estate staff to maintain excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in luxury estate management, hospitality, or property services.
• Proven track record of managing high-value properties and elite clientele.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and international best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR30,000.00 per month
