WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver exceptional customized facial treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
• Educate clients on home care and treatment plans
• Recommend retail products confidently and ethically
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage rebooking
• Collaborate with teammates to create a luxury guest experience
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and presentation standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Contribute positively to team culture and spa performance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SERVICES

• Minimum 3 years of professional esthetics experience
• Customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Jelly masks
• Face and body waxing (strong waxing skills preferred)
• Retail sales confidence and product recommendations
• Geneo certified or willing to become certified
• Microcurrent experience preferred

COMPENSATION

Compensation includes a combination of hourly pay, service commissions, retail commissions, performance incentives, career growth opportunities, advanced training, and leadership opportunities for the right individual.
