Luxury Event Planner (Weddings & High-End Events)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Event Planner to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury weddings and upscale events, exceptional attention to detail, refined taste, and the ability to deliver bespoke, high-end experiences for elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute luxury weddings and premium events from concept to completion
• Manage all event elements including décor, vendors, timelines, budgets, and guest experience
• Liaise with high-end vendors, venues, designers, and suppliers in Qatar
• Create and present mood boards, concepts, and proposals aligned with client expectations
• Oversee on-site event coordination and ensure flawless execution
• Maintain the highest standards of luxury, elegance, and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Stay updated on luxury event and wedding trends (local & international)

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury weddings and high-end events (mandatory)
• Currently based in Doha or available in Doha
• Ready to start immediately
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous luxury weddings/events (required)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Professional appearance and luxury mindset
