WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

At least 10 years of experience in retail

Bachelor's degree required

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication and organizational skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs

Comprehensive understanding of 360-degree retail management

A valid Class B driver’s license with active driving skills

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION…
In this role, you will be responsible for 21 retail stores representing the following prestigious brands: Loro Piana, Sandro, Maje, Eleventy, 100% Capri and In-formal (multi brand).

Optimize in-store operations and customer journeys to increase conversion and loyalty.

Lead and coach store and field teams to achieve sales excellence and deliver premium service.

Set and exceed store and wholesale sales targets through strategic planning and performance analysis.

Develop and implement innovative sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Expand and manage wholesale channels for premium mono-brands (Sandro, Maje, Eleventy).

Conduct sales and service training sessions, ensuring practical application and consistent execution.

Provide in-store mentorship, supporting continuous professional growth and motivation.

Organize targeted workshops focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and client experience excellence.
