We are seeking a Luxury Front Desk who understands both refined client service and the operational standards of a medical and surgical setting.

Role Overview

The Front Desk Concierge is a vital part of our patient journey — managing first impressions while supporting the clinical and administrative flow of a busy med spa and surgical center. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in a MedSpa, medical office, or surgical center is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a concierge-level, luxury experience for all patients
• Greet patients professionally and manage a high-volume front desk
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule med spa and surgical appointments
• Coordinate patient flow between providers, nurses, and surgical staff
• Manage patient check-in and check-out, including consent forms and documentation
• Collect payments, process transactions, and review patient balances
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in EMR/EHR systems
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and waiting area
• Assist with inventory tracking, retail product sales, and patient education when needed

• Fast learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with EMR systems and patient scheduling
• Previous luxury hospitality, med spa, or medical office experience is preferred but not mandatory
