Role Overview

We are looking for a Luxury Goods Director to lead and manage our luxury division. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in luxury retail, brand management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for shaping Luxora Co’s luxury strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Luxora Co’s luxury brand presence.
• Oversee product development, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, ethical practices, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver premium customer experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, market trends, and customer insights to optimize performance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
• Represent Luxora Co in luxury industry forums, trade shows, and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury goods or retail, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brand management, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of managing successful luxury operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: Up to RO2,300.000 per month
