Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Oversee leasing activities, including property tours, upselling available units, and negotiating lease agreements to maximize occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements, and other legal standards.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite to maintain accurate data entry, resident records, contracts, and financial reports.
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally and efficiently to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring timely repairs and upkeep.
- Foster excellent customer relationships through proactive communication, phone etiquette, and personalized service to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles within luxury high-rise communities.
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and lease negotiations.
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC compliance, Fair Housing regulations, and related legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, Office software (Filing, Data Entry), and CMMS systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills coupled with negotiation abilities to handle diverse resident needs effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone etiquette and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry, filing, and administrative duties.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
