Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience (any industry):
• Candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period.
• 2+ Years of Dubai Real Estate Experience:
• Eligible for special offers and incentives based on performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License for client meetings and property tours.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Dubai's property market, communities, and RERA regulations.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
