Luxury Hotel Project Finishing QC Manager

REQUIRMENTS:

More than 5 years’ experience for 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality projects

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement QC Plans
• Prepare and manage the project-specific QC plan, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BS, ASTM).
• Supervision and Inspection
• Oversee all quality control activities on-site, including civil, MEP, architectural, and finishing works.
• Coordinate third-party inspections, testing laboratories, and materials approvals.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain complete documentation of quality inspections, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), material submittals, and approvals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports for management and the client.
• Audit and Compliance
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, observations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordination with Stakeholders
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
• Attend quality-related meetings and site walkthroughs.
• Training and Leadership
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, conduct toolbox talks and training sessions.
• Promote a quality-first culture across the site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of QC/QA experience in large-scale building projects, with at least 5 years in 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, international quality standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Certified in ISO 9001:2015, CQE, or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with luxury finishes, smart systems, and façade systems.
• Familiarity with LEED or sustainability-related quality procedures.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
