Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying motivations to provide personalized recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our luxury product offerings, including materials, craftsmanship, and current trends, to provide accurate information and enhance customer confidence.

Sales: Effectively present and promote our luxury products, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Close sales by demonstrating value and addressing customer concerns.

Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing post-sale support, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.

Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized store display that showcases the luxury products in an attractive manner.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure products are readily available.

Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, continuously striving to exceed them.

Brand Representation: Uphold and embody the brand's values, image, and reputation in all interactions with customers and peers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Education:
