We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, represent our high-end brand with professionalism and discretion, and build lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a world-class, tailored sales experience through expert knowledge of our products and brand heritage.

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized service and attentive follow-up.

Confidently advise clients on diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry, showcasing strong knowledge of trends, features, and care.

Handle after-sales service requests with precision, adhering to repair and customer service protocols.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and presentation at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in luxury jewelry sales; strong knowledge of diamonds and gemstones is essential.

Passion for luxury retail and a genuine enthusiasm for high-end products.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

Strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Able to start immediately or with short notice.
