Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer (Sales + Design)

Zimmerman Kitchen Design is expanding our team and looking to add a 5th full-time kitchen & bath designer to our growing, high-end showroom environment.

We are a family-owned luxury kitchen & bath company with showrooms in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, working with homeowners, builders, interior designers, and architects on some of South Florida’s most beautiful homes.

About the Role

This is a full time sales + design position for someone who is confident managing the entire client experience, from the first showroom meeting to job site measurements, design development, and closing the project.

We are looking for someone who is not just a designer, but someone who can build relationships, guide clients, and sell with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design (required)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to conduct accurate on-site measurements
• Comfortable selling and closing projects
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects
• Experience in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or related sales preferred

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week (in-person)
• Based in our showroom, but the job is very dynamic, as our designers are meeting client in their homes.
