Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Mercedes-Benz Master Technician/Shop Foreman to lead the automotive service team in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services for high-end clientele. This pivotal role combines expert technical proficiency with leadership capabilities, ensuring that our workshop operates efficiently, maintains the highest standards of quality, and provides outstanding customer experiences. As a key team leader, you will oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and uphold our commitment to excellence in luxury automotive care.

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians, ensuring all work meets luxury brand standards and safety protocols
• Perform complex diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
• Execute repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including diesel engines, powertrains, and vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignment and auto body repair
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of GM vehicles and other luxury brands, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs efficiently
• Review repair orders, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor workflow to optimize productivity
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with industry standards and dealership policies

Requirements

• 10+ years dealership experience*** with a strong background in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair
• Mercedes-Benz Master Certified
• Extensive knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems
• Demonstrated expertise in diesel engine repair, powertrain work, wheel alignment, and auto body repair techniques
• Hands-on experience with welding, vehicle maintenance procedures, and the use of various power tools
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Certification or training in automotive diagnostics or related fields is highly desirable

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
